Stillness is not merely an absence of movement but rather an art where there is stillness in motion and motion in stillness. When we stop moving, not just outwardly but also inwardly, we can be moved in a far deeper way. Stillness has no beginning, no end, no reason, and no goal. It is a natural outcome that comes from a clear understanding of the causes of suffering.
Join me for a 2 day immersion where we will explore converting our sights to lasting insights together. By going nowhere we will clearly see the nature of all things and cultivate a sense of fresh energy, sensitivity, and vitality leading to being available to all of life.

Course description
To have clarity of mind is to rest in compassion. This resting is not merely an act but a constant companion every single moment. Compassion is a state that emerges when one is intimate with suffering, one’s own or others. When we allow ourselves to be with “what is,” out of that may come the salve for all wounds that is the energy of compassion. Compassion is really the only balanced response to life, with all its miseries and challenges.
Together we will explore both what compassion is not, as well as what it may be, so that we can direct our inner compass more readily towards a deeply meaningful existence.Join me on this 2 day immersion where we will explore and harness the state of compassion and transform it into a trait.
