Awareness can only flower when we see things as they are, without evaluation. This is possible only when the mind and body are completely still, unentangled, and sensitive.
Join me on a 4 week meditation series where we will explore the nature of awareness and practice the art of meditation together. We will focus on stilling the mind through awareness of breath and explore the mysterious nature of our bodies and minds.
Drop-ins welcome.

Course description
This 2 day weekend meditation immersion is made for everyone, whether you've never meditated before or whether you are a long term practitioner.
The heart of meditation is a quality of attention and investigation that leads to an understanding of one's mind, body, and heart. This understanding leads to the complete ending of suffering and an attainment of unshakable inward and outward freedom.
In this weekend immersion we will explore our experience of our bodies, feelings, and mental and emotional states. By becoming more aware, we elevate our capacity to navigate life's inevitable challenges with dignity, compassion, and grace. We will practice how to work with and transform your difficult emotions, feelings, and thoughts.
